Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. As these are perishable goods, if an order has been sent in error or damaged in transit, it is down to the customer’s discretion to dispose of this.
Candy Daze does not offer direct refunds, we offer a credit to the customer which can be used on the website. If we have made an error, we will issue a direct refund to the customer’s payment method within 30 days of being notified.
